| | How to change the email body text of a document |
| Description | When emailing from Sage Accounts or Payroll, the email body contains text advising the file format and how they can view any attachments. Using Report Designer, you can customise this wording to make it bespoke to your business. |
| Resolution | - Select the document you want to amend, then click Edit.
- Click Reports, then click Email Settings.
- Replace the existing wording with the text you want the recipient to see.
- Click OK.
- On the menu bar click File, then click Save As.
- Enter a new file name then click Save.
- On the menu bar click File, then click Exit.
